Do You Remember?
In considering moving our historic bell to the new structure it was discovered that the supporting hardware is dangerously rusted. The bell was shipped out to have the armature and ringing system replaced with stainless steel.  After mass our congregation was invited to say good bye temporarily by trying their hand at ringing it. It was one of those mixed happy - sad - promising moments.
